Sorry, no they don't. But it's the start of the crawfish season, and they are the best at it in town. Their chef was a manager at one of the popular restaurant chains named Hanks Seafood in New Orleans. So they know how to really do it. . The chef name is Erin. . I believe they cater also..

That's funny. Don't order anything fried with a flour batter or with a roe (almost everything in tut menu falls under those two details) and you'll be fine. Gluten is simply wheat. Educate yourself and you'll be able you figure out out without putting what should be your responsibility into a restaurant. I can't have carbs and its my responsibility to know what is ok for me on a menu, not the restaurant owners.
